The CSDA Annual Conference and Exhibitor Showcase is the one conference special district leaders can’t afford to miss!  It is the most densely packed educational and networking experience available to special districts.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS    
The CSDA room rate at the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa is $169 plus tax, single or double occupancy. There is an additional $5 resort fee (normally $30) added to the CSDA rate. This fee includes self-parking and guestroom high speed internet access. You will receive a code that will enable you to make your room reservation at the CSDA rate AFTER you have registered for the conference. All room reservations must be accompanied by a non-refundable first night room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card. The deposit becomes non-refundable if the room reservation is cancelled after Friday, September 7, 2018. The room reservation cut-off is Friday, September 7, 2018, however, space is limited and may not be available.

You are only able to make room reservations at the CSDA rate at the Renaissance Indian Wells using the link provided to you after you register for the 2018 CSDA Annual Conference & Exhibitor Showcase. The email with the room reservation link will come from info@csda.net and is automatically generated during the night after you register. If you receive phone calls or emails from any other organization, DO NOT RESERVE YOUR ROOMS THROUGH THEM. CSDA has been made aware of fraudulent activities by an organization that is attempting to solicit hotel reservations and acquire credit card information from CSDA conference registrants.

Cancellations/Substitution Policy: Cancellations must be in writing and received by CSDA no later than Friday, August 31, 2018. All cancellations received by this date will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after August 31, 2018. Substitutions are acceptable and must be done in writing no later than September 14, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Please submit any cancellation notice or substitution request to emilyc@csda.net or fax to 916-520-2465.
