Virtual Workshop: Customer Service

This course will equip participants with effective tools to maximize their customer service skills. The course will examine values as a driving factor in customer service interactions, explore differences between generations and the impact to service, learn effective communication strategies, and learn how to maintain focus during challenging customer service interactions.
